BAND Internet Technology Services has developed premier law enforcement related web applications for some of the nation’s most prestigious organizations. The South Carolina Fraternal Order of Police and the National Criminal Enforcement Association has benefited from the production capabilities of BAND Internet Technology Services.

The Fraternal Order of Police Tri-County Lodge #3 and the Hanahan Police Department have also experienced tremendous response due to their new web exposure.

Personal projects, which include Bandits Softball, Lowcountry Softball, Heroes Galaxy and Cecil dot com, have also received acclaim from visitors. Bandits Softball was included in a Wall Street Journal article about the sport of softball.

John “Cecil” Blackmon is the former Technology Director for a multi-million dollar automobile repair corporation based in Charleston, South Carolina. He supervised a team which undertook one of the most aggressive web design projects for an automobile repair chain. He established production guidelines for the department and participated in the development of various corporate identities.

After the corporation was sold John returned to his other passion – law enforcement. Now a full-time law enforcement officer for a municipality in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, John utilizes his off-duty time and his prior experience in the development of web applications for local law enforcement related groups.
